who's going to tell us the latin names of all the fishes?

saturday was my most miserable night in a very long time and helped me to realize that i do not want to be a hostess at the rustic kitchen forever. i got yelled at so much by customers, managers, servers, you name it. However, that very same night i received more drunk dials and text messages than ever before in my life and it was nice to be reminded how wonderful my friends are and to be (drunkenly) missed.

i have eaten taco bell twice in the past three days, gross.
and i ate at denny's in the middle of that, gross and less fulfilling.
today i volunteered to register people to vote, my job was to stand outside of wal-mart in w-b and register people. that was more fulfilling than tb and denny's put together. People in general weren't as mean as i thought they would be. a lot of people thanked me for doing it. the logic behind registering new voters is that most newly registered voters will vote for Obama. and most of the voters i registered backed up this theory, though i wasn't allowed to talk about my own political beliefs.
i also went to joanne fabric's twice and got tons of neat stuff and a.c. moore once and got a few neat things there as well. i am going to make an american apparel style dress for a million dollars cheaper.
i love getting mail. i also love sending mail. send me your address and i will send you things.

i don't have work again til friday.
saturday is oktoberfest at the lion's brewery as well as a quilt festival in tunkhannock as well as a going away party for my favorite chef at the rk.

i am going to philly tomorrow to find a place to live.
