i have been vegan since sunday. almost a week. for the first time ever trying to be vegan, i have not craved anything. it was only slightly difficult when my gram cooked me eggs, but i would have felt worse about eating the eggs than about not eating something she cooked for me. mildly concerned about thanksgiving. at least john's mommy is a vegetarian. and tofurkey is delicious.
i've been going to a lot of ska shows lately.
my dad said i am getting better at the drums after hearing me practice yesterday.
on wednesday i stayed up all night for the first time since college. but it was for fun, not to write a paper.
i only have two days left at the rustic kitchen. i'm glad and sad about that. i will miss the amazing friends i have made there. the manager i love the most was fired today. i am glad to get out before it turns into something other than the rk i originally loved. corny && true.
right now, since i am leaving so soon, i am really trying to have as much fun as possible and see my nepa friends as much as possible without worrying about practicality (this generally includes $$, specifically gasoline $$, and sleeping at nighttime).
i'm trying as hard as i can to live my life as hard as i can.
